摘要
为了解东风水库目前的安全性态,采用对临近站洪峰、洪量频率分析的方法对其设计洪水进行复核计算。将本次成果与第一次设计成果进行对比,从安全角度考虑后,采用了第一次设计成果,并结合地区性综合检查说明了成果的合理性。本次设计洪水复核成果为大坝安全评价鉴定提供了重要依据,可以确保水库能够安全充分地发挥经济效益。
In order to better understand the current safety state of Dongfeng Reservoir,this paper applies the method of analyzing flood peak and flood volume frequency of adjacent stations to recheck and calculate the designed flood.The results are compared with the first designed result and the latter is adopted for safety reason.The rationality of the results is explained by the regional comprehensive inspection.The result of the designed flood recheck provides an important basis for the dam safety evaluation and ensures the safe and full exertion of economic benefits of the reservoir.
