混溶捕收剂作用下磁铁矿与石英的浮选分离 被引量:3

摘要 为探究十二胺-煤油混溶捕收剂对磁铁矿中石英的反浮选效果,通过纯矿物试验考察了矿浆pH值、捕收剂用量、刮泡时间对石英、磁铁矿回收率的影响,采用响应面分析法优化浮选方案,得到浮选最佳条件。结果表明,反浮选石英最佳条件为:矿浆pH值为6.7,捕收剂用量为11.5×10^(-5) mol/L,刮泡时间为220 s,在该条件下石英累计上浮率可达98.94%;实际矿物经1粗1精工艺选别后,可获得全铁品位60.36%,回收率77.68%的磁铁矿精矿,满足GB/T 36704-2018《铁精矿》磁铁矿C60级别要求。 In order to explore the best conditions for reverse flotation of quartz in magnetite under the action of dodecylamine-kerosene miscible collector,the influence of the slurry pH value,the collector amount,and the bubble scraping time on the recovery rate of quartz and magnetite was investigated through a pure mineral experiment,the response surface analysis method was used to optimize the flotation plan and the best flotation conditions were obtained.The results showed that the best conditions were as follows:the slurry pH value was 6.7,the amount of collector was 11.5×10-5 mol/L,and the bubble scraping time was 220 s.Under these conditions,the cumulative floating rate of quartz was 98.94%.The actual minerals are sorted by one coarse and one fine process,a magnetite concentrate with a recovery rate of 77.68%and an iron grade of 60.36%can be obtained,which meets the requirements of GB/T 36704-2018“Iron Concentrate”magnetite grade C60.
