四川某煤系高岭土提纯试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以四川某煤系高岭土为原料,对其进行提纯试验研究。考察磨矿时间、磁感应强度、煅烧温度等条件对提纯效果的影响,确定较优的工艺流程。结果表明,低温超导磁选和高温煅烧可显著提高煤系高岭土白度,煅烧温度过高会改变高岭石性质,降低其白度。采用“超细磨矿-三次磁选-离心-酸浸-还原煅烧”工艺流程,可获得煅烧白度分别为70.89%和83.36%的煅烧高岭土产品,除铁率分别为67.90%和70.23%,满足陶瓷用料要求,可为当地高岭土开发应用提供技术支持和理论依据。 The study took coal-series kaolin from Sichuan province as the raw material,and carried out a purification experiment on it.The influence of conditions such as grinding time,magnetic induction intensity,calcination temperature and other conditions on the purification effect was experimentally studied,and the better technological process was determined.The results show that low-temperature superconducting magnetic separation and high-temperature calcination can effectively increase the whiteness of coal-series kaolin,but too high calcination temperature will also change the properties of kaolinite and reduce its whiteness.The calcined kaolin products with calcination whiteness of 70.89%and 83.36%can be obtained by using the process of“superfine grinding-three times magnetic separation-centrifugation-acid leaching-reduction calcination”,the iron removal rates are 67.90%and 70.23%respectively,which meet the requirements of ceramic materials and provide technical support and theoretical basis for the development and application of local kaolin.
