蒙脱土负载TiO_(2)光催化降解苯酚性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO_(2)/MMT光催化复合材料,考察TiO_(2)负载量、焙烧温度和时间、pH值、苯酚溶液初始质量浓度、MMT添加量对光催化降解苯酚活性的影响。结果表明,TiO_(2)负载量为60%,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为4 h,制备的TiO_(2)/MMT对苯酚降解活性最佳,在pH值为6,溶液初始质量浓度为10 mg/L,光催化剂用量为2 g/L条件下,对苯酚溶液光催化降解150 min降解率为86.1%。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜对复合材料进行表征。结果表明,TiO_(2)与MMT复合后均为锐钛矿相,粒径减小,60%TiO_(2)/MMT复合材料对苯酚的光催化降解活性优于纯TiO_(2),降解过程遵循准一级动力学方程。 The effects of TiO_(2) loading,calcination temperature and time,pH value,initial concentration of phenol and MMT loadings on phenol photocatalytic degradation efficiency were investigated by TiO_(2)/MMT composites prepared using the sol-gel method.The results showed that when the TiO_(2) content was 60%,calcination temperature was 500℃,calcination time was 4 h,TiO_(2)/MMT has the best phenol degradation efficiency.The degradation rate was 86.1%under the pH value of 6,the phenol concentration of 10 mg/L,the TiO_(2)/MMT dosage of 2 g/L and the degradation time of 150 min.The FTIR,XRD and SEM techniques were characterized for the composites.The results showed that TiO_(2) in the composites was anatase phase,the grain size decreased compared with pure TiO_(2).The phenol photocatalytic degradation rate of 60%TiO_(2)/MMT composites was higher than pure TiO_(2),and the degradation process followed pseudo-first-order kinetic equation.
