地铁车辆直流接触器可靠性测试装置设计

Design of Test Device for DC Contactor Reliability of Rail Transit Vehicle

针对采用传统方法测试地铁车辆直流接触器可靠性程序繁琐、效率较低的问题,设计直流接触器可靠性测试装置,以提高直流接触器测试效率。介绍测试装置设计思路、功能及组成,详细阐述测试装置软硬件设计。测试装置已在青岛地铁集团有限公司应用,测试效率大大提高。

Aiming at the issues of complex procedure and low efficiency of traditional methods to test the reliability of DC contactors of rail transit vehicles,a DC contactor reliability test device is designed to improve the test efficien⁃cy.The design thought,function and composition of the test device are introduced,and the design of soft and hard me⁃ter of the test device is described in detail.The test device has been applied in Qingdao Metro Group co.,Ltd and the test efficiency has been improved.
