摘要 为满足内燃机车玻璃钢头罩与司机室碳钢骨架安装及密封性要求,从粘接剂选择、粘接设备选型、粘接施工环境及人员要求几方面确定粘接工艺。阐述粘接准备,粘接前预处理,头罩吊装、调整及定位、涂粘接剂、密封、试风检测等粘接过程。从粘接表面处理、美纹纸胶带应用、限位块与定位块使用3方面提出粘接过程需要注意的关键点。通过施工过程及结果验证粘接工艺合理有效,可以满足玻璃钢头罩安装牢固、密封良好的要求。 In order to meet the installation and sealing requirements of FRP head cover and carbon steel framework of the cab of diesel locomotive,the bonding process is determined from the aspects of adhesive selection,bonding equipment selection,bonding construction environment and personnel requirements.The bonding preparation,pre⁃treatment before bonding,head cover hoisting,adjustment and positioning,adhesive coating,sealing,air test and oth⁃er bonding processes are described.The key points needing attention in the bonding process are raised from aspects of bonding surface treatment,application of textured paper tape,and use of limit block and positioning block.Through the construction process and results,it is verified that the bonding process is reasonable and effective,and can meet the requirements of firm installation and good sealing of FRP head cover.
