摘要
以船舶制造车间为载体,针对当前船舶制造过程智能化程度低、生产过程未实现动态数据采集、监控、展示与分析等问题,在对数字孪生技术应用现状分析的基础上,构建了船舶制造车间生产要素模型、生产计划模型及生产过程模型,提出了一种基于数字孪生技术的车间制造应用场景,为船舶制造企业智能化转型提供支撑。
In this paper,the shipbuilding workshop is used as the carrier,aiming at the problems of low intelligence in the current shipbuilding process and the lack of dynamic data collection,monitoring and analysis in the production process.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the application of digital twin technology,the shipbuilding workshop is constructed.The element model,production planning model and production process model propose a workshop manufacturing application scenario based on digital twin technology to provide support for the intelligent transformation of shipbuilding enterprises.
