光动力疗法联合CO_(2)激光治疗有生育需求宫颈尖锐湿疣患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of photodynamic therapy combined with CO_(2) laser in the treatment of cervical condyloma acuminatum patients with fertility needs

目的探讨光动力疗法联合CO_(2)激光治疗有生育需求患者宫颈尖锐湿疣患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月江西省皮肤病专科医院收治的60例有生育需求的宫颈尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组使用CO_(2)激光治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合使用光动力疗法治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)清除时间、伤口愈合时间、伤口结痂时间、不良反应总发生率与复发率、生活质量情况及心理状态情况。结果研究组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的HPV清除时间、伤口愈合时间、伤口结痂时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率与复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组DLQI评分、HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光动力疗法可有效清除有生育需求的宫颈尖锐湿疣患者机体内的HPV,促进伤口愈合,且能有效缓解患者负面情绪,提高其生活质量,临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy combined with CO_(2) laser in the treatment of cervical condyloma acuminatum patients with fertility needs.Methods Sixty patients with cervix condyloma acuminata who had fertility needs admitted to the Jiangxi Provincial Dermatology Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group(30 cases)and a study group(30 cases).The control group was treated with CO_(2) laser,and the study group was treated with photodynamic therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,human papilloma virus(HPV)clearance time,wound healing time,wound crusting time,total incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions,quality of life,and psychological status were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HPV clearance time,wound healing time,and wound scab time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical differences between the two groups of dermatological quality of life index(DLQI)scores,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores(P>0.05);the DLQI score,HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Photodynamic therapy can effectively eliminate HPV in patients with cervical condyloma acuminata who need childbirth,promote wound healing,enhance curative effect,and have high safety,it can also effectively relieve negative emotions and improve their quality of life,the clinical effect is remarkable.
