上海市家庭医生政策演变文本分析

A Textual Analysis of the Policy Evolution of Family Doctors in Shanghai

上海市作为综合医改的重要试点城市之一,从初步尝试家庭医生制度到现在家庭医生制度2.0版的成功打造,这一阶段取得了突破性的进展。本文运用文本分析法,通过对2011—2020年上海市家庭医生政策相关文本进行回溯,从文本数量、颁布主体、适用对象、主要印象四个角度,呈现上海市家庭医生政策演变的脉络和特征,以期能为家庭医生政策的其他理论研究奠定基础。

As one of the important pilot cities for comprehensive medical reform,Shanghai has made breakthroughs in the reform of the family doctor system.This article employs text analysis method to analyze the context and characteristics of the Shanghai family doctor policy from four perspectives of“texts quantity,subjects of promulgation,applicable objects,and main impressions”by reviewing the relevant texts of the Shanghai family doctor policy from 2011 to 2020,aiming to lay the foundation for other theoretical research on family doctor policy.
