Realization Path of the Whole-Process Cost Consulting Business under the Perspective of Integrated Consulting

全过程造价咨询是国内工程造价业务开展的主流方向。为了改变传统造价咨询业务中不同阶段工作被分割、信息沟通不畅、造价管理不合理方面存在的问题,本文结合全过程造价咨询管理中集成化咨询的主要特征,提出通过不同的途径、运用现代技术等手段来丰富集成化咨询的具体路径,旨在为项目工作的顺利开展奠定良好基础。

Whole-process cost consulting is the mainstream of domestic project cost business development.In order to cope with the problems exist in the traditional cost consulting business,such as segmentation of work in different stages,inefficient information communication,and unreasonable management of costs,this paper combines the major characteristics of integrated consulting in the whole process of cost consulting management,it's proposed to employ modern technology and other means to enrich the specific path of integrated consulting,aiming to lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of project work.
