新时期“三全育人”视域下创新推进高校就业工作的再思考

Rethinking the Innovation and Promotion of Employment Work in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of“Three-wide Education”in the New Era

就业关系到国计民生,更是民生之本,高校毕业生就业工作也是衡量学校教育教学和人才培养成果的一个重要标准。本文以新时期“三全育人”体系为抓手,从聚焦就业服务育人合力、彰显就业服务育人新格局、打通就业服务“最后一公里”三个方面,进一步思考高校就业服务工作。

Employment is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,and it is also the foundation of the people,s livelihood.The employment of college graduates is a significant criterion to measure the results of school education,teaching and talent training.This article takes the“Three-wide Education”system as the starting point,and further discusses the employment service work of colleges and universities from three aspects of focusing on employment service and educating people,highlighting the new pattern of employment service and education,and opening up the“last mile”of employment service.
