宁波港口与城市经济互动发展的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Interactive Development of Ningbo Port and City Economy

为了明晰港口与城市之间的互动关系,实现港口和城市经济的协调发展,在对港城互动机理进行研究的基础上,以世界级港口城市宁波市为案例,选用1990-2019年的经济数据,从实证的角度对宁波港口和城市经济发展的主要指标进行计量分析,进而总结出港城互动的现状与存在问题。结果表明:港口发展和经济增长存在着长期稳定的均衡关系。并针对“港口经济圈”的背景和实现宁波港城互动发展战略目标,提出了增强城市对港口的反哺作用、打造智慧宁波港以谋求港口对城市新的经济增长点、加快推动“圈区联动”等推动宁波市港口与城市经济协调互动发展的对策。

In recent years, along with the rapid growth of the Ningbo economy, Ningbo port has achieved the leapfrog development, which has raised widespread concerns over how to coordinate the development between port and city. In order to further to clarify the interaction between them,the paper reveals the promotion mechanism of mutual development, makes a quantitative analysis of the key indicators of economic development and summarizes the current situations and the existing problems based on the economic data from 1990 to 2019. Results show a long-term stable balance between port development and economic growth. Finally, based on the background of constructing the "port economic circle" and accomplishing the strategic objective of the interactive development of the port and the city, it proposes such countermeasures as enhancing the city’s back-nurturing effect on the port, building the smart Ningbo port to pursue the new economic growth point, intensifying the force of supporting the port-city interaction and accelerating the promotion of "loop-area linkage" so as to promote the port-city mutual development.
