摘要
目的:对甘肃礼县铨水掌叶大黄药材的乙醇提取乙石油醚萃取物中泻下成分进行研究,建立泻下成分高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)谱效图。方法:收集甘肃礼县10个乡的铨水掌叶大黄,以泻下成分大黄酸8-o-β-D葡萄糖苷、番泻苷-A,大黄酚8-o-葡萄糖苷、番泻苷-B、大黄素8-o-β-D吡喃葡萄糖为参照物,构建甘肃礼县铨水掌叶大黄泻下成分的HPLC谱效图,并进行相似度分析,建立掌叶大黄的对照谱效图。结果:建立了甘肃礼县掌叶大黄泻下成分HPLC指纹谱效图,指认了甘肃礼县铨水掌叶大黄醇提物中五种泻下成分的峰位。结论:建立的谱效图稳定性、重复性良好,可作为甘肃礼县掌叶大黄活泻下特征参考图谱。
Objective:To study the purgative components in ethyl petroleum ether extract by ethanol extraction from Zhangye Dahuang(Rheum palmatum L.)in Quanshui of Gansu province,and establish the HPLC spectrum of the purgative components.Methods:After collecting Zhangye Dahuang from ten townships of Lixian country,Gansu province,the purgative components Rhein 8-o-β-D glucoside,sennoside-a,chrysophanol 8-oglucoside,sennoside-b,rhubarb 8-o-β-D glucopyranose were chosen as the objects of reference,HPLC spectrums of the purgative components of Zhangye Dahuang in Quanshui of Gansu province were constructed to perform the similarity analysis and establish the control spectrum of Dahuang.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of purgative components of Dahuang in Lixian County,Gansu Province were established to identify the peak positions of five purgative components in the alcohol extract of Dahuang in Quanshui County,Gansu Province.Conclusion:The established spectrum is stable and reproducible,and it could be used as a reference map for the purgative characteristics of Zhangye Dahuang in Lixian County,Gansu Province.
