术附汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭40例

Zhufu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating 40 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察术附汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用术附汤联合西药治疗,对照组采用单纯西药治疗。治疗14天后比较两组临床疗效、血浆B型脑利钠肽前体(pro B-type natriuretic peptide,Pro-BNP)水平、心脏射血分数(ejection fraction,EF)及不良反应。结果:观察组临床总有效率[87.5%(35/40)]优于对照组[67.5%(27/40)](P<0.05);两组Pro-BNP水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组治疗后明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组EF治疗后均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显的不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:术附汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭能下调血浆Pro-BNP水平,提高EF,改善心功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of selfmade Zhufu decoction combined with Western medicine in treating chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by selfmade Zhufu decoction combined with Western medicine,and the control group adopted only Western medicine.After treating for one course(14 days),to compare clinical effects,the levels of Pro-BNP,EF%and adverse reaction between both groups.Results:Clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%(35/40)superior to 67.5%(27/40)the control group(P<0.05);the levels of Pro-BNP lowered notably in both groups than these before treating,and the observation group was lower than the control group after treating remarkably(P<0.05);EF of both groups increased apparently after treating than that before treating(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group after treating(P<0.05);no adverse reaction happened in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhufu decoction combined with Western medicine in treating CHF could down regulate the levels of plasma Pro-BNP,lift EF,improve cardiac function and raise clinical effects.
