湖南省地方标准《日用玻璃单位产品能源消耗限额及计算方法》的编制

Compilation of Hunan provincial local standard for The quota&calculation method of energy consumption per unit product of domestic glass

通过借鉴国家有关规范及其他省市地方标准,调研分析湖南省日用玻璃生产企业实际生产情况、能耗情况,湖南省地方标准《日用玻璃单位产品能源消耗限额及计算方法》规定了日用玻璃单位产品能源消耗限额及计算方法。该标准的实施填补了湖南省日用玻璃能耗限额标准空白,约束与指导日用玻璃制品生产企业对综合能耗的控制与管理,推进节能降耗和绿色制造。本文为对该标准制订的分析和总结。

With reference to national and other provincial standards,by investigation and analysis of the actual production and energy consumption of the domestic glass manufacturers in Hunan Province,The quota&calculation method of energy consumption per unit product of domestic glass stipulated the energy consumption limit and the calculation method for per unit product of domestic glass in Hunan Province.The implementation of this standard can fill the blank of domestic glass energy consumption limit standard in Hunan,guide and restrict the control and management of comprehensive energy consumption in domestic glass production enterprises,at the same time,promoting energy saving and green manufacturing.This paper is an analysis and summary of the formulation of the standard.
