太极拳对大学生睡眠障碍的干预效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究中国传统武术太极拳对大学生睡眠障碍、焦虑及抑郁情况的干预效果。方法于2020年9月至12月,选取成都某高校存在睡眠障碍的大学生320例,符合纳入和排除标准的研究对象315例,运用随机数字表分为对照组158例,试验组157例。对照组不给予任何干预措施,试验组施以太极拳运动练习,3次/周,30 min/次,干预周期为16周。实施干预前及干预后,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)对研究对象进行评估。结果干预后,试验组和对照组PSQI总得分分别为(6.51±1.25)分、(9.16±2.12)分,试验组明显低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,试验组和对照组SAS得分分别为(36.58±1.49)分、(43.62±4.53)分,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,试验组和对照组SDS得分分别为(40.26±9.84)分、(45.71±11.66)分,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论太极拳可有效改善大学生的睡眠障碍,降低大学生焦虑、抑郁不良情绪,是值得向大学生推广的运动。 Objective To explore the intervention effect of Traditional Chinese martial arts of Taijiquan on sleep disorder,anxiety and depression of college students.Methods From September to December 2020,320 college students with sleep disorders in a university in Chengdu were selected,and 315 subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into control group(158 cases)and experimental group(157 cases)by random number table.The control group was not given any intervention measures,and the experimental group was given Taijiquan exercise,3 times/week,30 min/time,and the intervention cycle was 16 weeks.The subjects were evaluated by Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the Self-rating depression scale(SDS)before and after int ervention.Results After intervention,the total scores of PSQI in experimental group and control group were(6.51±1.25)points and(9.16±2.12)points,respectively,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,with difference of statistical significance(P<0.001).After intervention,SAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were(36.58±1.49)points and(43.62±4.53)points respectively,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with difference of statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,SDS scores of the experimental group and the control group were(40.26±9.84)points and(45.71±11.66)points respectively,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with difference of statistical significance(P=0.024).Conclusion Taijiquan can effectively improve the sleep disorder of college students and reduce their anxiety and depression,which is worth promoting to college students.
