摘要
目的探索内脏脂肪面积(VFA)与代谢综合征(MS)及其组分的相关性。方法测量2019年3月至12月在广州市干部健康管理中心的992例体检者的VFA及MS的相关指标,将数据进行统计分析。结果VFA超标率为37.8%,MS患病率为13.9%,两者患病率男性均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);按年龄分组,VFA超标率及MS患病率均随年龄增长而增高,VFA超标率及MS患病率在各年龄组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MS组的VFA高于非MS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VFA超标组中体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、三酰甘油均高于VFA正常组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于VFA正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对VFA进行Logistic回归分析,结果显示超重/肥胖、血脂异常和高血压是VFA超标的主要危险因素(P<0.05)。结论VFA存在性别、年龄差异,VFA与MS及其组分高度相关,提示VFA可能可以作为MS新的评估因素之一。
Objective To explore the correlation between visceral fat area(VFA)and metabolic syndrome(MS)and its components.Methods VFA and MS of 992 physical examination subjects in Guangzhou Cadres Health Management Center from March to December 2019 were measured,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The prevalence rate of VFA was 37.8%and the prevalence rate of MS was 13.9%.The prevalence rates of males were higher than females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to age groups,the VFA overstandard rate and the prevalence of MS increased with age,and there were statistically significant differences in the VFA overstandard rate and the prevalence of MS among different age groups(P<0.05).VFA of MS group was higher than that of non-MS group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and triglyceride in overstandard VFA group were higher than those in normal VFA group,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than those in normal VFA group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis of VFA showed that overweight/obesity,dyslipidemia and hyper tension were the main risk factors for overstandard VFA(P<0.05).Conclusion VFA has gender and age difference and is highly correlated with MS and its components,indicating that VFA may be one of the new evaluation factors of MS.
