摘要
以城市滨水带状公园活力评价模型为研究目标,选取福州市具有代表性的城市滨水带状公园为研究对象,通过文献阅读、现场调研、焦点小组法以及问卷调查法得到城市滨水带状公园活力影响因子以及游客对公园活力影响因素评价调查数据,应用主成分分析法对问卷调查数据进行分析,建立起城市滨水带状公园活力评价模型。结果显示:20项影响因素可被分为5个主成分,所占权重的大小依次为:自然活力(0.2894)>设施活力(0.2663)>区位活力(0.1607)>管理活力(0.1583)>环境活力(0.1253),表明自然活力对公园活力评价起到主要作用,设施活力对公园活力评价起到一定作用,区位活力与管理活力对公园活力评价起的作用较小,环境活力对公园活力评价所起作用最小。以上的研究结论可为建设、改造具有高活力特征的城市滨水带状公园提供相关参考。
Through taking the vitality evaluation model of parks in urban waterfront green belt as the research objective and choosing representative parks in urban waterfront green belt of Fuzhou as the research target,it has obtained the vitality impact factors of parks in urban waterfront green belt through the reading of literature,on-site investigation,focus group method and questionnaire survey,and then it evaluated survey data with the help of the impact factors of tourists on park vitality. Then,it has carried out the analysis of the data from questionnaire survey by using principal component analysis method,so as to create the vitality evaluation model of parks in urban waterfront green belt. According to the result,it has showed that: There are 20 impact factors which can be divided into 5 principal components;the amount of weight is listed in proper order: natural vitality(0.2894)>facility vitality(0.2663)>regional position vitality(0.1607)>management vitality(0.1583) > environmental vitality(0.1253). It means that the natural vitality play a major role in the evaluation of park’s vitality,thefacility vitality take some effects on the evaluation of park’s vitality;moreover,and the regional position vitality and management vitality play a smaller role in the evaluation of park’s vitality,the environmental vitality takes the least effect on the evaluation of park’s vitality. The above research conclusions can provide relevant reference for the construction and transformation of parks in urban waterfront green belt with high vitality.
