欧李果实营养成分分析与评价 被引量:9

Evaluation and analysis of yield and nutritional content in Census humilis

摘要 欧李是蔷薇科樱属灌木野生果树,为我国特有的第三代小水果。为了对欧李资源的开发利用提供科学依据,对人工栽培的6个欧李品种的果实产量及营养成分进行了测定、分析与评价。结果表明:相同栽培条件下,不同品种间的果实产量差异显著,京欧2号产量最高。欧李果实含有糖、蛋白质、微量元素、维生素C、17种氨基酸等多种营养物质,其中微量元素中Ca含量最高,是理想的天然补钙保健果品。 Census humilis is a kind of wild dwarf shrubs,Cherry Rosaceae genus,Prunus humilis species. It is Chinese unique small fruit of the third generation. In order to provide a scientific basis for the exploitation and utilization of Census humilis resources,the fruit yield and nutrient composition of 6 cultivated Census humilis varieties were measured, analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that the yield of several kinds of Census humilis is different, and the Jingou 2 yields the highest.The fruits ofCensushumiliss contain abundant sugar,protein,trace elements,vitamin C,17 kinds of amino acids. Among the trace elements,thecalcium contentsis the highest. calcium contents, Therefore,it was an ideal and natural calcium health fruit.
