松材线虫病防治方法研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 松材线虫是一种重大的检疫性林业有害生物,严重威胁着世界森林资源以及人类生态环境。松材线虫病害被认为源于北美,目前已传播到亚洲、欧洲和非洲部分地区,严重危害着当地的松林生态系统。中国是受松材线虫病危害最严重的地区之一,每年都有大面积的松林遭受松材线虫病侵染。这一病害继续威胁着超过6000hm2的松树林。为防治这一病害,我国着眼于病害检疫和疫情监测、疫木除治、媒介昆虫防治这3个重点环节。此外,还包括树干注射等主动防病措施。该文旨在通过梳理国内外对松材线虫病的研究,描绘出松材线虫病的流行以及防治技术手段,为松材线虫病的防治提供思路。 Bursaphelenchus xylophilus is a major quarantine forestry pest that poses a serious threat to the world’s forest resources as well as the human ecological environment. B. xylophilus is thought to have originated in North America and has now spread to parts of Asia, Europe and Africa, seriously endangering the local pine forest ecosystems. China is one of the regions most affected by B. xylophilus, with large areas of pine forests infested with the disease each year. The disease continues to threaten more than 6,000 hm2 of pine forests. To prevent and control this disease,China focuses on three key aspects: disease quarantine and epidemic monitoring,epidemic wood removal and vector insect control. In addition,active disease control measures such as trunk injection are also included. The purpose of this paper is to map out the prevalence of B. xylophilus and the technical means of control by sorting out the research on B. xylophilus at home and abroad,and to provide ideas for the control of B. xylophilus.
