多花黄精的活性成分及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on the Active Components and Pharmacological Action of Polygonatum Cyrtonema

为了进一步明确多花黄精Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua的活性成分和药理作用,通过综合前期对多花黄精的试验研究基础以及对文献的综合分析,归纳总结了多花黄精的活性成分和药理作用。结果表明:多花黄精分布于中国湖南、湖北、安徽、贵州、河南、江西、江苏、浙江、福建、广东和广西等地。多花黄精的活性成分包括多糖、甾体皂苷、黄酮、生物碱、木脂素和植物甾醇等,其药理作用包括抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗疲劳、降血糖血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化和杀菌抗炎活性等。

In order to further clarify the active components and pharmacological action of Polygonatum cyrtonema,the active components and pharmacological action of Polygonatum cyrtonema were summarized based on the preliminary experimental research of Polygonatum cyrtonema and the comprehensive analysis of literature.The results showed that Polygonatum cyrtonema was distributed in Hunan,Hubei,Anhui,Guizhou,Henan,Jiangxi,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Guangdong and Guangxi.The active components of Polygonatum cyrtonema included polysaccharides,steroidal saponins,flavonoids,alkaloids,lignans and phytosterol.Its pharmacological action included anti-tumor,antioxidant,anti-aging,anti-fatigue,reducing blood sugar and blood lipid,anti-atherosclerosis,bactericidal and anti-inflammatory activities.
