摘要
文章以2010-2019年中国A股上市公司为样本,考察管理层权力对企业创新的影响及内部控制对这两者的调节作用。实证研究发现:管理层权力的增强抑制了企业创新。同时,相比于国有企业,在非国有企业中,内部控制缓解这种抑制作用的效果更加显著。研究结论揭示了管理层权力对企业创新的重要影响,也为企业加强内部控制、完善公司制度设计及提升企业创新能力提供了经验证据。
Based on the samples of China's A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2019,this article examines the impact of the managerial power on the corporate innovation and the moderating effect of the internal control on both of them.The empirical research found that the strengthened managerial power inhibits the corporate innovation;in the non-state-owned enterprises,the internal control can alleviate this inhibiting effect;while in the state-owned enterprises,the internal control cannot alleviate the inhibiting effect.The result of the study reveals that the role of the managerial power on the corporate innovation is significant.Meanwhile,it also has some certain guiding significance for enterprises to strengthen internal control,improve the company's system design and enhance the enterprise's innovation ability.
