阿托品治疗近视研究进展

Advances in the Treatment of Myopia with Atropine

近视是全世界最常见的影响视力的疾病,且逐渐呈现低龄化趋势。临床上矫正近视的手段主要为佩戴眼镜、屈光外科手术或者使用药物延缓近视进展。由于手术矫正存在一定风险,药物治疗正日益受到更多患者的青睐。本文综述了近视的发生发展机制和对应的治疗策略,重点阐述了应用阿托品治疗近视的作用机制及研究进展,并通过比较各种治疗方法的优缺点,为发展更安全有效的近视治疗方案提供参考。

Myopia is the most common disease affecting vision throughout the world and has a growing trend of younger age currently.Clinical treatment options for slowing down the progression of myopia are different kinds of lenses,refractive surgical procedures or some pharmaceutical agents.Since surgeries may accompany with certain risks,drug therapy is favored by more and more patients.This paper reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of myopia and corresponding treatment strategies.The mechanism and research progress of applying atropine to correct myopia are highlighted.The advantages and shortcomings of these treatments are also discussed in this paper in order to provide insights for development of a safer and more effective therapeutic regimen.
