路桥衔接处的路面压实度变异性分析与施工控制技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究路桥衔接处路面压实度的影响因素和施工控制技术,本文针对不同的搭板长度和坡率对路面压实度影响因素进行了数值计算和对比分析。结果表明:路桥衔接处搭板长度和纵向坡率的设计是影响其路面压实度差异性的主要因素;当路桥衔接处的搭接长度为5 m,斜向的坡率为1%,行驶在其上的车辆速度达到80 km/h时,车辆会达到一个临界的跳车状态;对于桩长达到一定的长度后会对桥头处的沉降产生影响出现"二次跳车"的现象;现场需要对路桥处的桩长变化情况进行详细的设计,使得路桥衔接处和处理段结束处的沉降差异能达到最小。 In order to study the influencing factors and construction control technology of pavement compaction at the junction of road and bridge,this paper conducts numerical calculation and comparative analysis on the factors affecting pavement compaction with different slab length and slope rate.The results show that the design of the length of the slab and the longitudinal slope rate at the road-bridge junction are the main factors affecting the difference of the road surface compaction;when the length of the road-bridge junction is 5 m and the oblique slope rate is 1%,When the speed of the vehicle driving on it reaches 80 km/h,the vehicle will reach a critical jumping state.After the pile length reaches a certain length,the settlement at the bridge head will be affected,and the phenomenon of"second vehicle jumping"will occur;The detailed design of the change of pile length is carried out to minimize the settlement difference between the road and bridge junction and the end of the treatment section.
