摘要 提升专业发展质量,学前师范生需要转换学习视界:从一般意义上的课程学习转向专业深度学习。学前师范生专业成长过程中存在着专业认知浅表化、情境实践有效度低与深度反思能力缺失等问题。立足深度学习视域,高校培养主体积极创设真实的专业发展环境、搭建问题导向的专业发展平台、加强与专业实践活动的联系,不仅可以解决以上问题,还能够有效培育具有思维与行为能力均衡发展的高阶性幼教人才。 In the process of professional development of pre-school normal students, the biggest challenge they face is to improve the quality of professional development. This requires pre-school normal students to transform the horizon of the training activities: from the general sense of curriculum learning to professional deep learning.But in fact, in the process of professional growth of preschool normal students, there are problems such as superficial professional cognition, low effectiveness of situational practice, and lack of in-depth reflection ability.Based on the perspective of deep learning, college training bodies should actively create a real professional development environment;build a problem-oriented professional development platform;strengthen the connection with professional practice activities.
