山东境内“陈公堤”名实考

今山东境内黄泛平原上,横亘着的绵长的"河堤"高地在德州境内多被称为"陈公堤"。然史籍中关于陈公堤的记载却引人探寻,其修筑、位置、名称多有存疑之处。通过梳理、分析文献可知,山东境内陈公堤并非北宋陈尧佐主持修筑,方志记载或因德州城址迁移存在参照位置的误用。而陈公堤在山东境内的泛称,是因黄泛平原的地域环境与人民情感具有类同性,并与陈尧佐个人功绩以及山东地域文化因素有关。

The site of the"Chen Gong Dike"in present-day Shandong Province is a historical witness to the struggle of the working people against the migration and diversion of the Yellow River from ancient times.However, the historical records about the Chen Gong Dike are intriguing, and there are many doubts about its construction, location and name. By combing and analyzing the literature, it is clear that the Chen Gong Dike in Shandong was not built under the auspices of Chen Yaozuo in the Northern Song Dynasty, and that the records in the local chronicles may have been misused due to the relocation of the city site in Dezhou. The general name of"Chen Gong Dike"in Shandong is related to the regional and emotional homogeneity of the people in the Yellow River floodplain, Chen Yaozuo’s personal achievements and the cultural factors of Shandong.
