新型轻质硅酸钙填料复配对壁纸原纸性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Blending New Light Calcium Silicate on Wall Paper Properties

摘要 不同类型的矿物填料通过复配加填可以取长补短、相互配合,从而实现加填纸张性能的优化。以轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉与轻质硅酸钙等作填料,研究了不同类型的填料复配对壁纸原纸物理性能的影响。结果表明:复配填料中添加轻质硅酸钙可显著提高原纸松厚度,在30%的加填量下,当硅酸钙:轻质碳酸钙=1:2时,其加填纸的松厚度比滑石粉:轻质碳酸钙=1:2复配填料加填纸提高15.2%,同时对填料留着率、纸张白度和抗张指数等指标影响不大;随着加填量的增加,相比于滑石粉:硅酸钙:轻质碳酸钙=1:1:1复配类型,硅酸钙:轻质碳酸钙=1:2复配类型对手抄片松厚度的提高更为明显,且在相近成纸灰分下,纸张的白度与不透明度较好。 Filler blending helps to optimize paper performance by taking advantage of the characteristics of different fillers.In this work,PCC,talc powder and light calcium silicate were chosen,and the effects of different types of blending fillers on the properties of wall paper were studied.The results showed that the blending filler containing calcium silicate can significantly increase the paper bulk.The bulk of paper filled with calcium silicate and PCC(1:2) was higher than paper filled with talc:PCC(1:2).Meanwhile,filler retention,brightness and tensile index of the paper were also kept well.When the filler addition was increased,blending filler containing calcium silicate and PCC with a ratio of 1:2 delivered higher bulk compared to blending filler containing talc,calcium silicate and PCC with a ratio of 1:1:1.Under the same paper ash content,the brightness and opacity of handsheets filled with calcium silicate:PCC with 1:2 were better,but the tensile index of handsheets was slightly decreased.
