后疫情时代财经类专业毕业生就业预期分析及应对举措

Employment Expectation Analysis and Countermeasures of Financial Graduates in Post Epidemic Era

新冠疫情突如其来,就业市场可容纳性和可扩容性都一定程度缩减。财经类专业作为传统热门专业,同样面临新的就业形势。本研究通过对吉林省属某高校近三年,即2019至2021届财经类专业毕业生群体所做的调查,分析后疫情时代财经类专业毕业生在考研、出国、公务员考试等面就业预期的变化情况,分析后疫情时代到来对财经类专业毕业生就业预期的影响,提出对后疫情时代财经类专业毕业生就业的建议与对策。

With the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,the accommodation and expansibility of the job market have been reduced to a certain extent.As a traditional popular major,finance and economics majors are also facing new employment situation.Based on the investigation on the graduates of Finance and economics major in a provincial university in the past three years,that is,2019,2020 and 2021,this paper analyzes the changes of employment expectations of Finance and economics graduates in postgraduate entrance examination,going abroad and public examination in the post epidemic era,analyzes the impact of the coming of the post epidemic era on the employment expectation of financial and Economic Majors,and puts forward the suggestions for the post epidemic era of Finance and economics Suggestions and Countermeasures for the employment of graduates majoring in science and technology.
