Detailed planning is an important part in the"five levels and three categories"of national land and space plan as it transfers planning into implementation.It needs reform in the era of national territory spatial planning.Based on the new requirements of national territory spatial planning for detailed planning,the paper proposes the ideas of reshaping detailed planning from concept,technique,method and instrument,and discusses the key points in practice from management,standard,quality and technique.
