生态修复是建设美丽中国的重要途径。文章通过分析以往生态修复工程存在的问题,从提升生态修复工程的系统性与综合效益角度提出生态修复规划的路径,并以威海的生态修复规划实践为例,探讨其“建网络、修退损、供产品”的生态修复规划路径,即通过搭建高效串联的生态网络、精准修复退化受损的生态空间和复合打造高质量的生态产品,构建以产品供给为导向的生态修复规划范式,以期为其他地区的生态修复提供参考。

Ecological restoration planning is important in the strategy of building beautiful China.With an analysis of the problems of ecological restoration projects,the paper proposes an ecological restoration planning concept oriented for product supply from the perspective of systematic project and comprehensive benefits.With Weihai city as an example,the paper proposes a planning compilation model of“building an efficient chained network,repairing damaged space,supplying high quality ecological products”.The product supply oriented ecological restoration planning model provides a reference for other cities.
