摘要
制冷剂喷雾冷却(CryogenSprayCooling,CSC)由于其出色的制冷效率,已经在医疗、电子等领域广泛应用,但受多变的传热机制和相互耦合因素的影响,CSC的研究一直是一个复杂的难点。本文从喷雾冷却的机理及影响因素、计算模型及方法和喷雾冷却的创新优化3个方面对CSC的研究进展进行总结,并以换热量、极限热流密度、表面温度等探讨分析。
Cryogen spray cooling(CSC)has been widely used in medical treatment,electronics and other fields due to its excellent cooling efficiency.However,because of its variable heat transfer mechanism and the influence of multiple mutual coupling factors,the research of CSC has been a complex problem.This article summarizes the research progress of spray cooling from three aspects:the mechanism and factors of spray cooling,the calculation model and method,and the innovation and optimization of spray cooling and discusses and analyzes with indicators of the heat transfer amount,critical heat flux,surface temperature,etc.
