变频转子式压缩机过热损伤分析及应对措施

摘要 过热损伤已成为变频转子式压缩机主要失效模式之一,目前防止压缩机过热多数采用排气温度传感器进行保护,而实际效果不是很明显。本文通过分析一款变频转子式压缩机的过热损伤机制,在保证可靠性前提下,在整机保护和压缩机设计端采取应对措施,规避变频转子式压缩机过热损伤的产生,有效减少售后投诉,提高客户满意度。 Overheating damage has become the main failure mode of variable-frequency rotary compressor.At present,the prevention of overheating mostly applies the exhaust temperature sensor for protection,while the actual effect is not very obvious.The analysis on the overheating damage mechanism of one variable-frequency rotary compressor is conducted.And under the premise of ensuring its reliability,by taking necessary relevant countermeasures upon both whole-machine protection and compressor design end for avoiding occurrences of overheating damages on the variable-frequency rotary compressor,which can reduce the after-sales complaint,and improve the customers satisfaction.
