加减脉通方治疗气阴亏虚、瘀阻脉络证糖尿病并发症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Maitong Recipe in Treating Diabetic Complications of Qi-Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Blocking Collateral Syndrome

目的观察加减脉通方干预气阴亏虚、瘀阻脉络证糖尿病并发症的有效性及安全性。方法选择2018年7月—2019年11月就诊于重庆市中医院内分泌科,辨证属"气阴亏虚、瘀阻脉络证"的糖尿病并发症患者49例。采用前后自身对照的研究方案,连续治疗3个月。观察患者服药前后的临床疗效、三酰甘油、胆固醇、安全性指标变化。结果治疗后,患者总有效率为91.84%,证候积分较治疗前明显下降;其中,气虚证症状群(倦怠乏力、气短懒言)、瘀阻证症状群(肢体麻木、胸闷、局部刺痛、善忘)较治疗前均有明显改善,且前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),阴虚证症状群(咽干口燥、心烦、五心烦热)较前改善,前后差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);三酰甘油、胆固醇较治疗前降低,且前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加减脉通方可有效改善气阴亏虚、瘀阻脉络证糖尿病并发症患者的临床症状,同时降低患者血脂,有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Maitong recipe in treating diabetic complications of qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis blocking collateral syndrome.Methods 49 diabetic patients with syndrome differentiation of qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis blocking collateral in department of endocrinology of Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between July 2018 and November 2019 were selected.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the changes of clinical efficacy,triglyceride,cholesterol and safety index were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 91.84%,and the score of syndrome was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the symptoms of qi deficiency syndrome(fatigue,shortness of breath and lazy speech)and the symptoms of stasis syndrome(limb numbness,chest tightness,local tingling,forgetfulness)were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom group of yin deficiency syndrome(pharynx dry mouth,upset,five upset heat)improved more than before,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The triglyceride and cholesterol were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maitong recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetes patients with qi-yin deficiency,blood stasis and collateral syndrome,and reduce the blood lipid.
