小青龙汤合三子养亲汤治疗肺胀(慢阻肺)肺气虚寒证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in Treating Lung Distension(COPD)of Syndrome of Lung Qi Deficiency and Cold

目的研究分析小青龙汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗肺胀(慢阻肺)肺气虚寒证的疗效。方法选择2019年11月—2020年10月接收的62例慢阻肺肺气虚寒证病患,按随机数字表法分为参照组和中医组,每组31例。参照组施以西医治疗,中医组施以小青龙汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗。比较2组肺功能改善情况、临床症状和白细胞好转、消除或恢复时间以及总有效率。结果2组治疗前FEV1和FEV1/FVC比较,P>0.05,治疗后中医组FEV1和FEV1/FVC均高于参照组;咳嗽咳痰、喘息气短好转,肺啰音消除和白细胞恢复正常时间均早于参照组;总有效率93.55%高于参照组的77.42%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗肺胀(慢阻肺)肺气虚寒证的疗效确切,有利于改善病患肺功能和临床症状,提升总体疗效。

Objective To study and analyze the curative effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction in the treatment of lung distension(COPD)of syndrome of lung qi deficiency and cold.Methods 62 cases of of syndrome of lung qi deficiency and cold patients from November 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction.The improvement of lung function,clinical symptoms,time of white blood cell improvement,elimination or recovery,and overall curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were compared in each group(P>0.05).After treatment,FEV1 and FEV1/FV in the TCM group were both higher than those in the control group.Cough,sputum,wheezing and shortness of breath were improved,and rhonchus elimination and leukocyte recovery time were all earlier than the control group.The overall effective rate of the TCM group was 93.55%which was higher than 77.42%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction is effective in reducing lung distension(COPD)of syndrome of lung qi deficiency and cold,which is beneficial to improve lung function and clinical symptoms,and enhance the overall curative effect.
