Clinical Study on the Stenosing Tenosynovitis of Flexor Digitorum

目的探讨屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎不同病因的临床治疗应用。方法了解屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的形成原因和诊断方法,依据文献理论和临床经验,对3例患者的病因和治疗结果进行回顾。结果通过问诊、触诊等方式较准确掌握患者屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的形成原因,包括局部肌腱腱鞘摩擦、屈指肌束急性损伤和颈椎及肩周肌群对正中神经的慢性刺激。临床可采用局部治疗、局部延伸治疗和整体治疗的方法进行实际应用。结论屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的形成原因不同,应根据具体情况采用针对性的临床治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of different etiology of stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum.Methods The causes and diagnosis of stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum was understood.According to literature theory and clinical experience,the etiology and treatment results of 3 cases were reviewed.Results The causes of stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum could be accurately understood by means of interrogation and palpation,including local tendon sheath friction,acute injury of flexor tendon bundle and chronic stimulation of median nerve by cervical spine and shoulder muscles.Local treatment,local extension therapy and holistic treatment can be used for clinical operation.Conclusion The causes of stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum are different,and the treatment should be based on the specific situation.
