摘要
“1+X”证书制度(以下简称“1+X”)对中职旅游类专业学生未来职业发展起到一定的保障作用,但在实施过程中仍存在激励措施不到位的问题。借鉴斯金纳强化理论,建议以生为本,建立积极强化为主、消极强化为辅的激励手段;为中职学生提供更多展现自我的机会;强化个体优秀行为影响群体行为的塑造;及时反馈,增加行为强化时效性。为中职旅游类专业学生“1+X”顺利实施提供些许参考。
"1+X"certificate system(hereinafter referred to as"1+X")plays a certain role in guaranteeing the future career development of students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools,but there is still a problem of insufficient incentive measures in the implementation process.By referring to skinner's reinforcement theory,it is suggested that the incentive means should be based on students,with positive reinforcement as the main part and negative reinforcement as the auxiliary part.Provide more opportunities for secondary vocational students to show themselves;Strengthening individual excellent behavior influences the shaping of group behavior;Timely feedback,increase behavior and strengthen timeliness.It provides some reference value for the Successful implementation of"1+X"for students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools.
