摘要
目前师范类高职院校在教育任务、人才培养模式、教学内容、教学理念、课程建设等方面都面临着转向,以培养高素质技能型师范人才。师范类高职院校“双师型”教师队伍面临着数量不足和结构失衡问题,难以胜任师范类职业教育转向需要。师范类高职院校要创新师范类“双师型”教师内涵,通过制定“双师型”教师队伍发展规划、构建能进能出的“双师型”教师选拔和发展机制、完善“双师型”教师培养培训体系、建立“双师型”教师评价和激励机制等来建设高水平“双师型”教师队伍。
At present,normal higher vocational colleges are facing a transformation to cultivate high-quality skilled normal talents in the aspects of education task,talent training mode,teaching content,teaching concept and curriculum construction,As the insufficient number and structural imbalance of the"double-teacher"teachers in normal higher vocational colleges,it is difficult to adapt to the turning needs of normal vocational education.Normal vocational colleges should innovate normal"double type"teacher connotation to build a high level"double type"teachers'team,making the"double type"teachers development plan and building the"double type"teacher selection,and development mechanism,improving the"double type"teacher training system,establishing a"double type"teacher evaluation and incentive mechanism.
