摘要
实习指导是影响学前教育专业顶岗实习效果的重要因素,然而实践中学前教育专业实习指导工作存在诸多问题,主要有以下几个方面:实习指导目标和要求不清晰;实习指导内容缺乏全面性;实习指导方式较为单一;实习指导教师的实践素养薄弱,指导能力不足;实习指导主体间缺乏深入沟通与合作。基于此,提出完善学前教育专业顶岗实习指导体系;加强业务培训和学习提升实习指导教师的指导能力;实习指导主体间协同合作构建实习指导共同体等举措,以提升顶岗实习效果。
The internship guidance is an important factor affecting the quality of internship.In this study,the interview method was used to find that there are the following problems in the internship guidance of C college for kindergarten teachers:the objectives and requirements of internship guidance are not clear;the content of internship guidance lacks comprehensiveness;the internship guidance mode is relatively simple;instructors are weak in practical literacy and lack of guidance ability;there is a lack of in-depth communication and cooperation among internship guidance subjects.Based on this,this study puts forward to improve the guidance system of preschool education;strengthen professional training and learning to improve the guidance ability of instructors;collaborative cooperation among practice guidance subjects to build a community of practice guidance and other measures to enhance the effect of on the internship.
