摘要 长期处于侵蚀环境中的混凝土结构,因耐久性损伤及性能劣化,导致其实际使用寿命远低于设计使用年限,造成了巨大的经济损失和资源浪费。充分考虑了腐蚀环境的多样性以及混凝土结构耐久性问题的复杂性,在总结混凝土结构耐久性评估理论与方法及工程实践经验的基础上,提出了既有混凝土结构耐久性评定的原则与方法;针对一般环境、氯盐环境、冻融环境、硫酸盐环境等侵蚀环境,明确了既有混凝土耐久性评定的指标与技术要求,对既有混凝土结构耐久性极限状态与失效标准进行了界定;考虑耐久性损伤对混凝土构件刚度与承载力的影响,实现了从构件到结构耐久性的综合评定。对科学评价既有房屋建筑、道路桥梁、地下结构及工业建、构筑物的普通混凝土结构的耐久性能,准确预测既有混凝土结构的剩余使用寿命,制定合理的耐久性修复、维护对策具有重要的指导意义。 Due to durability damage and performance degradation, the actual service life of existing concrete structure in long-term corrosive environment is far less than the design service life, resulting in huge economic losses and resource waste. The diversity of corrosive environment and the complexity of durability of concrete structure were fully considered. On the basis of summarizing the theory and method of durability assessment of concrete structure and engineering practice experience, the principle and method of durability assessment of existing concrete structure were proposed. According to the general environment, chloride environment, freeze-thaw environment, sulfate environment and other corrosive environment, the index and technical requirements of existing concrete durability assessment are defined, and the durability limit state and failure criteria of existing concrete structure were defined. Considering the influence of durability damage on the stiffness and bearing capacity of concrete members, the comprehensive assessment of durability from member to structure was realized. It has important guidance for scientifically evaluating the durability of ordinary concrete structures of existing buildings, roads and bridges, underground structures, industrial buildings and structures, accurately predicting the remaining service life of existing concrete structures, and formulating reasonable durability repair and maintenance countermeasures.
