双离合变速器总成侧隙计算分析与研究

摘要 为评估整个变速器总成的侧隙水平,减少后期齿轮敲击或是结构撞击噪声风险,基于DIN3967标准,考虑温升、中心距公差、齿轮偏差、齿轮径向和轴向间隙等,对齿轮侧隙进行了修正。在考虑温升、轴向间隙和径向间隙等影响因素,详细分析了差速器侧隙计算方法。采用MATLAB软件搭建了一个通用的变速器总成侧隙角计算程序,文中以某7速双离合变速器为例,计算了其不同挡位时总侧隙角极值和5Sigma侧隙值范围、主要部件的侧隙贡献百分比等。通过对比侧隙试验结果,结果一致性较好。可基于该程序在设计阶段评估和优化变速器总侧隙角,减少后期噪声抱怨。 In order to evaluate the backlash level of the entire transmission assembly and reduce the risk of gear rattle or structural impact noise in the later stage,based on the DIN3967 standard,considering temperature rise,center distance tolerance,gear deviation,gear radial and axial clearance,etc,the gear backlash was corrected.Considering the influence factors such as temperature rise,axial clearance and radial clearance,the calculation method of differential backlash was analyzed in detail.A universal backlash angle calculation program of the transmission assembly was built using MATLAB software.Taken a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission as an example,the extreme value of the total backlash angle and the range of 5Sigma backlash values at different gears and the contribution percentage of backlash were calculated.By comparing the results of the backlash test,the results are in good agreement.Based on this program,the total backlash angle of the transmission can be evaluated and optimized in the design stage to reduce noise complaints in the later stage.
