一种防止汽车逆行减速带的设计

摘要 设计了一种防止汽车逆行的减速带,该减速带可以满足普通减速带的减速效果,还能防止车辆逆行导致交通安全事故。该减速带材料采用Q235,可承受20 t以下的车辆通过。利用有限元分析软件对减速带外壳进行静态分析、疲劳分析,由有限元分析结果可知,该减速带设计安全可行,可使用在规定为单向行驶的特殊路段(小区、学校等交通事故易发地),防止汽车逆行。 A kind of deceleration belt to prevent the vehicle from retrograde was designed,which could meet the deceleration effect of ordinary deceleration belt,and prevent the vehicle from retrograde leading to traffic accidents.The material of the deceleration belt was Q235,which could withstand the passing of vehicles under 20 t.The finite element analysis software was used for static analysis and fatigue analysis of the reducer housing.From the results of the finite element analysis,it can be seen that the design of the reducer is safe and feasible,and it can be used in the special road sections(communities,schools and other places prone to traffic accidents)specified as one-way driving,keep cars from going the wrong way.
