摘要
为了降低关门力提高关门品质,重点研究了影响关门力的主要因素密封条反力,并给出了密封条压缩载荷和车门内间隙的公差映射关系。通过理论分析和实验在车门静态关闭力最大、内间隙在公差下限时,计算出密封条压缩载荷公差上限,获得合理的密封条压缩载荷公差带,并以此指导密封条的稳定生产。研究结果可以有效降低车门静态关闭力提高关门声品质,同时提高了整车调整的生产节拍。
In order to reduce the closing force and improve the closing quality,the main factors affecting the closing force-the reaction of seal were studied,and meanwhile the tolerance mapping relation between the load-compression diagram(CLD)of the seal and the clearance of the door was given.Through theoretical analysis and experiment,the CLD of the seal bar was calculated at the upper tolerance limit when the static closing force of the door was maximum and the inner clearance was under the tolerance limit.The reasonable tolerance zone of CLD under compression load of seal strip was obtained,and the stable production of seal strip was guided by it.It can effectively reduce the static closing force of the door and improve the quality of closing sound,and also improve the production beat of vehicle adjustment.
