基于Nastran的汽车灯具振动性能分析方法研究

摘要 为了研究汽车灯具的振动性能,采用ANSA软件分析了汽车灯具的网格划分及其有限元建模的前处理方式;利用Nastran软件对车灯进行了模态分析,分析了工装对其共振频率所产生的影响;采用有限元分析的方法,对车灯进行了随机振动模拟分析,研究了各组件的结构强度。最后对汽车灯具进行了随机振动测试,结果表明:当试验工装的第一阶共振频率较低时,会导致车灯上出现粉尘;当试验工装第一阶共振频率为215 Hz时,在车灯上未出现明显异常特征。 In order to study the vibration performance of automobile lamps,ANSA software was used to analyze the mesh generation of automobile lamps and the preprocessing method of finite element modeling.Nastran software was used to analyze the modal of automobile lamps,and the influence of test fixture on its resonance frequency was analyzed.The simulation analysis of random vibration of the lamp was analyzed by using the finite element method,and the structural strength of each component was studied.Finally,the random vibration test of the automobile lamp was carried out.The results show that when the first resonance frequency of test fixture is low,dust appears on the lamp.When the first resonance frequency of test fixture is 215 Hz,there are no obvious abnormal features on the lamp.
