扭转梁台架试验与CAE仿真差异的改进研究

摘要 某车型扭转梁后桥在做台架试验时出现了疲劳破坏,与CAE仿真结果有较大差异。通过模型切片与材料拉伸试验,排除了板厚、焊接质量与材料问题;在破坏周围贴应变花后,得到的测量应力与仿真结果有较大应力差异。通过将台架夹具模型放入到CAE模型中,并设置各接触面之间的接触关系,最终使得仿真结果与实际试验结果基本一致,极大提高了CAE分析的准确性。 The fatigue failure of a rear twist axle in bench test was quite different from the CAE simulation results.The problems of plate thickness,welding quality and material were eliminated by model slicing and material tensile test.After placing strain gauges around the failure area,the measured stress was quite different from the simulation results.By putting the bench fixture model into the CAE model and setting the contact relationship between the contact surfaces,the simulation results are basically consistent with the actual test results.which greatly improves the accuracy of CAE analysis.
