某AT车型取力器敲齿问题的分析与研究

摘要 某AT车型坡道行驶,在发动机转速1200 r/min左右车内可听到敲齿噪声,严重影响了乘车舒适性,引起了用户抱怨。通过采数分析对比确认敲齿噪声来源于取力器,基于敲齿噪声机制和常用优化方法,结合实际情况制定优化方案,即通过调整液力变矩器锁止图谱,使液力变矩器的锁止离合器在问题工况点处于分离状态,利用油液对发动机扭矩波动进行衰减。经过优化后,问题工况下主观评价取力器敲齿问题消失,采数分析发动机扭矩波动改善明显,对取力器敲齿问题的排查和解决有一定的参考作用。 An AT vehicle drove on ramps,there was a gear rattle noise in the vehicle when engine speed is around 1200 r/min,it seriously affected ride comfort,caused the user s complaint.Through data analysis and comparison,it was confirmed that the gear rattle noise came from the power take off.Based on the gear noise mechanism analysis and optimization methods,the optimization scheme was formulated in combination with the actual situation,that is,by adjusting hydraulic torque converter locking map,the locking clutch of the hydraulic torque converter is in the separation state at the problem operating point,and the oil was used to attenuate the engine torque ripple.After optimization,the gear rattle noise of power take off disappeared in the subjective evaluation under the problem condition,and the torque ripple of the engine is improved obviously by the data analysis,which can be used as a reference for checking and solving the gear rattle noise of power take off.
