侧气帘子系统试验的匹配设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 侧气帘是一种有效提升汽车安全性能的重要配置。为了有效提高设计阶段侧气帘与内饰件的匹配,减少侧气帘子系统试验失效情况,以某车型侧气帘子系统试验为实例,对根据C-NCAP管理规则(2018版)开发的侧气帘的子系统试验结果进行探讨,分析了立柱饰板、顶衬、遮阳板、侧气帘在空间布置、材料选择、结构强化以及尺寸配合等方面的关键点。针对失效问题提出了优化方案,并通过试验验证该方案的有效性,对带侧气帘的新车型的设计开发具有一定的参考作用。 Curtain airbag is an important equipment to effectively improve vehicle safety.In order to effectively improve the matching of the curtain airbag and the interior trim in the design stage and reduce the failure of the curtain airbag system tests,taking curtain airbag system test of a certain vehicle as an example,the system test results of curtain airbag developed were discussed according to C-NCAP management rules(2018).The key points in the space arrangement,material selection,structure strengthening and dimension matching of the pillar trim,headlining,sun visor and curtain airbag were analyzed.In view of the failure problem,the optimization scheme was put forward,and the effectiveness of the scheme was verified by experiments.It has a certain reference value for the design and development of new vehicle with curtain airbag.
