摘要
汽车制造业进入市场和产业结构的调整期,在新一轮科技革命和产业革命推动下,汽车的开发周期不断缩短,开发成本也在持续下降。汽车焊接试制是开发过程中的必要环节,文中提出一种低成本的车身试制夹具结构。该结构具有可轻量化、重复利用、设计周期与制造周期短等特点,可以满足低成本、柔性化的车身试制夹具的敏捷开发需求。
The automobile manufacturing industry enters the market and the adjustment period of industrial structure.Driven by a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,the automobile development cycle is constantly shortened,and the development cost is also declining.Automobile welding trial production is a necessary link in the development process.A low-cost body trial fixture structure was proposed.The structure has the characteristics of lightweight,reuse,short design cycle and manufacturing cycle,and can meet the agile development needs of low-cost and flexible body trial fixture.
