Research on sustainable development of Grade Ⅲ public hospitals in prefecture-level cities in the context of medical reform

医药卫生体制改革启动以来,一系列医改政策措施使医疗卫生行业格局发生深刻变化。地级城市三级公立医院处在医疗卫生系统承上启下的特殊位置,如何在坚持公益性的同时实现医院可持续发展倍受各界关注。通过分析地级城市三级公立医院可持续发展的任务目标,研究其面临的主要困境,从思想引领、经济运营、管理提升、医疗服务及学科发展、文化建设等方面提出具体的对策建议。

Since the start of the reform of the medical and health system,especially since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,a series of medical reform policies and measures have caused profound changes in the pattern of the medical and health industry.Grade Ⅲ public hospitals in prefecture-level cities are in a special position in the medical and health system.How to achieve sustainable development of hospitals while adhering to public welfare has attracted much attention from all walks of life.By analyzing the mission goals of the sustainable development of Grade Ⅲ public hospitals in prefecture-level cities,the main difficulties they face are studied,and specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in terms of ideological guidance,economic operation,management improvement,medical services and subject development,and cultural construction.
