摘要
健康中国战略背景下,医患友好度建设是构建和谐医患关系的有效途径。志愿服务作为提升医患友好度的举措之一,可以优化医疗服务质量、培育医学人文氛围。浙江大学医学院附属杭州市第一人民医院围绕中心工作,创建出"红色导联"伙伴式党员志愿服务模式,以问题联动为根本、组织联动为抓手、活动联动为驱动、医患联动为突破口,将医患友好度建设从理念转换为行动,在医院发展中发挥良性导向作用。
In the context of the Healthy China strategy,the construction of doctor-patient friendliness is an effective way to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Volunteer service,as one of the measures to improve doctor-patient friendliness,can optimize the quality of medical services and cultivate a medical humanistic atmosphere.The Affiliated Hangzhou First People’s Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine has created a "red lead" partner-type volunteer service model for party members around the work of the center.The breakthrough is to transform the construction of doctor-patient friendliness from concept to action,and play a positive guiding role in the development of the hospital.
