摘要
目的探讨远程Teach-back法在带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年2月—2020年8月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院收治的100例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法随机分为对照组和干预组,每组50例。对照组采用常规健康教育,干预组采用常规健康教育+远程Teach-back法。比较两组患者干预前后疼痛数字评估法、Morisky药物依从性量表(MMAS-8)、自我管理量表得分。结果干预后干预组患者MMAS-8、疼痛数字评估法、自我管理量表得分均优于干预前,且优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施远程Teach-back法,能有效改善患者的自我管理行为,降低其疼痛程度,提高其服药依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of remote Teach-back method in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods From February 2019 to August 2020,convenience sampling was used to select 100 patients with postherpetic neuralgia who were admitted to the Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional health education,and the intervention group conducted conventional health education and remote Teach-back method.The scores of the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS),Eight-Item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)and the Self-management Scale of the two groups of patients were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of MMAS-8,NRS,and Self-management Scale of patients in the intervention group were better than those before the intervention,and better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of the remote Teach-back method in patients with postherpetic neuralgia can effectively improve the patients'self-management behavior,reduce their pain level,and increase their medication adherence.
